Standard bespoke frames take 5–7 working days from approval of your quote. Complex or large frames may take longer — we will advise at the quote stage.
Yes — you can drop off your artwork at our Manchester studio by appointment. Contact us to arrange a time.
For most artworks we recommend anti-reflective glass — it reduces glare significantly while remaining clear. Museum glass offers near-invisible protection and UV filtering, ideal for valuable or light-sensitive pieces. Acrylic is a good option for large formats or where weight is a concern.
We frame paintings, prints, photographs, textiles, memorabilia, mirrors, and more. If you're unsure whether we can frame your piece, just ask — we're happy to advise.
Yes — all framed prints include D-rings and hanging wire fitted as standard. Simply hang and enjoy.
We print on a curated selection of Hahnemühle fine art papers — including Photo Rag, Baryta, William Turner, and German Etching — as well as Epson Semi-Gloss. All papers are archival and pigment ink compatible.
Currently we ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be notified.
We accept returns of ready-made products within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or faulty. Bespoke framing orders are non-refundable as they are made to order. Please contact us at hello@epicartstory.com with any concerns.
